Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related/ Equivalent


  • Manages SMS QA resources across several releases and parallel projects. This includes forecasting, scheduling, and resource leveling.
  • Manages project teams consisting of a variable number of projects resources.
  • Provides senior level thought and leadership in the area of QA and risk management. –
  • Estimates level of effort against based upon Functional Requirements Documents and Change Requests. –
  • Provides clear and accurate QA and risk management assessments and recommendations with written reports and presentations.
  • Manages regular regression testing for SMS applications.
  • Monitors and develops QA best practices and test strategies.
  • Participates in all phases of the solution development lifecycle.
  • Works closely with the PMO, development, production support and business solutions to ensure that the quality objectives of all projects are met within schedule constraints.
  • Clearly communicates functional test results, concerns, and project status to the management team and other stakeholders.
  • Champions and advocates product quality throughout the organization.
